【你有冇糖上癮?】我們大多知道有時想吃甜食可能與缺少維他命B或鎂有關,但怎樣才當作糖上癮呢?

You may also observe your eating habits that if you are looking for sweets or sugary foods unintentionally or immediately after finishing a meal, or have cravings every 2-3 hours, especially carbohydrates, your insulin may be resistant to sugar.
