編輯幫大家問左Negimen 藥師Darren, 天氣一凍,手腳冰冷訓唔好,再加上排便又乾有冇辦法。以上的松子仁粥的確是又方便(易煮),而且配搭好多。


例如想增加暖手腳效果可以加入薑絲(少量 ),注意,只在早餐或中午才會加入薑,因為晚上加入可會散走陽氣(中醫角度)。


想增加蛋白質量,可加入瘦肉,雞肉絲。


想加強潤腸功效,可以加入蜜糖。

There are 3 more Tips to enhance the power of the Congee


1) if you want to increase the warming effect, you can add ginger shreds (a small amount). Note that ginger is only added at breakfast or Lunch, because adding it at night will dissipate the yang energy (from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine).


2) If you want to increase protein quality, you can add lean meat and chicken breast.


3)If you want to enhance the digestive system, you can add honey.
