提子🍇、蘋果🍎和梨子🍐 ➡️ 直接連皮食用

提子🍇、蘋果🍎和檸檬🍋 ➡️ 原粒/個榨汁飲用

柑橘🍊 ➡️ 去皮後洗淨,以熱水熬煮,加入糖或蜂蜜食用
