雖然大部分的水果皮的纖維量比果肉高,但並不是纖維越高不一定能對身體產生益處,一不留神可會對身體造成負擔。


為避免過敏或​​咳嗽等反應,一般擁有纖維毛的水果都不適合連皮食用,包括奇異果、水蜜桃或未完全成熟的楊桃等。尤其奇異果常被認為連皮食用能有助排便,但前題是需要與充足的水份及健康的油脂攝取才能提高成效,若攝取不足,反而可能造成腸阻塞,加劇便秘情況 。

Fruits Peel To Avoid!

Although the fibre content of most fruit peels is higher than that of the actual flash of fruit, it does not necessarily mean it has health benefits to the human body. Oppositely, it can cause a health burden if we overlook it.


In order to avoid reactions such as allergies or coughs, fruits with fibrous hairs are generally not suitable for eating with the skin on, including kiwi, peach or immature starfruit.


In particular, kiwi is often considered to be good for defecation if eaten with peel, but the premise is that sufficient water and healthy fat intake are required to promote this effect. Adversely, it can cause intestinal obstruction and aggravate constipation.
