營養生Negimen-【洛神花復活節蛋製作】





【洛神花復活節蛋】復活節有兔仔,當然都少不了復活蛋,我地營養師Queenie,同藥師Darren諗左個洛神花代替一般以紅菜頭做復活蛋,洛神花當中抗氧化功效很好,在臨床研究應用於三高,在中心的營養茶療計劃中都經常出現。


在5天假期中,好多會員都會做運動,外出動下身子,運動後可以試試以上復活蛋,補充足夠體蛋白質之餘又可以嘗試做不同健康食物,一舉兩得。一家人與小朋友聯手製作都是一個親子活動。

After exercise, you can try this Easter eggs, which supplement enough protein and vitamins .On the other hand, making Easter egg which is a parent-child activity , lets have fun with your buddy.
