食材的變化越來越多,大家有沒有留意哪些是新興的超級食物呢?


除了經常提及的南瓜籽、奇亞籽,大麻籽和辣木籽都含有豐富奧米加3脂肪酸及單元不飽和脂肪酸,有助控制脂肪代謝。大麻籽和辣木籽分別含有鎂和多種維他命B,可改善荷爾蒙水平及三高情況。


平日若有進食雜穀米習慣,不妨可一試小米。小米含所有人體必需氨基酸及磷,有助肌肉修復,舒緩肌肉緊張。各類的菇菌因經陽光照曬後,維他命D含量增加,攝取足夠維他命D有助改善精神緊張。
