【聖誕窩心甜品DIY】

聖誕除了外出慶祝,相信大家都會在家中展現一下廚藝。今天便和大家分享一個簡單低脂低糖的甜品吧!


材料當中的肉桂含有桂皮醛(cinnamaldehyde)及多種多酚,有助抗氧化、抗炎,更有效提升胰島素敏感度,促進碳水化合物代謝。黃糖亦含有較多礦物質,同時保持甜品濕潤度。


1.先預熱焗爐至180度

2.將每塊方包切成9個小方塊,放進已用牛油塗抹的焗盤內

3.將牛奶或植物奶倒進碗中,加入糖和雞蛋拌勻

4.將牛奶混合物倒進焗盤中,待5分鐘讓麵包吸收水份

5.隨意加上藍莓或紅莓後放進焗爐焗20-30分鐘

At Christmas, we may celebrate at home. Today, let’s share a simple dessert in low sugar and fat!


Cinnamon contains cinnamaldehyde and various types of polyphenol, which has anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation functions. Besides, it helps improve insulin sensitivity to facilitate carbohydrate metabolism. Brown sugar contains more minerals than granulated sugar, and keeps the dessert moist.


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celcius.

  2. Cut each sandwich bread into 9 small cubes and place into the buttered tin

  3. Pour the milk or plant-based milk into a bowl, and mix well with sugar and egg

  4. Pour the milk mixture over the bread and set it aside for 5 minutes to soak

  5. Add some blueberries or raspberries with preference and bake for 20-30 minutes.
