【菇類找不同】

早前提到菇菌是超級食物之一,各類菇菌都含有豐富膳食纖維,有助排便及減少脂肪吸收,更是唯一的植物性維他命D來源。而每種珍菌亦有獨特之處。


比如乾冬菇,因經陽光下曬乾,更多麥角固醇有效轉化為維他命D2予人體吸收,因而維他命D含量較高。

Spot the Difference in Mushroom Families

Mushrooms are one of the superfoods, as they are rich in dietary fibre to aid defecation and can help reduce fat absorption, which are also the only plant-based vitamin D. Yet, each kind of mushroom obtains different characteristics.


For instance, under sunlight explosion, more ergosterol in dried shiitake mushrooms is effectively converted into vitamin D2 that benefits human absorption, hence increasing its vitamin D content.


Lion’s mane mushroom, which is regarded as a high protein source for vegetarians, contains 26.5g of protein per 100g with 8 kinds of human essential amino acids for muscle synthesis. It also contains antioxidants that can help protect the stomach mucosal layer.
