中秋節快到了!上次介紹完傳統月餅的營養價值後,大家會不會想要較健康的選擇來代替傳統月餅呢?最近純素月餅很受歡迎,而且新推出的口味越來越多,吸引不少人嘗試!


純素月餅用植物元素代替較不健康的傳統材料,例如用芥花籽油和其他植物油代替豬油,麥芽糖醇代替精製糖,以及用水果、果仁及其他種子餡料代替蛋黃等,所以卡路里和糖分會比傳統月餅低。


不過進食素月餅時仍要注意份量,一每天最好只進食不多於¼個,以免無意中攝取過多卡路里。

Yet, it is still important to pay attention to the portion taken. Limit your intake to no more than ¼ mooncake per day to avoid over absorption of calories.
