【注意進食螃蟹禁忌】

又到了盛產大閘蟹的季節,享受著大閘蟹的美味同時亦要留意與其他食材的配搭,避免加重腸胃的負擔,因太寒涼而致的一連串不良反應。

螃蟹雖然富含蛋白質,但亦含高嘌呤,過量進食更容易令膽固醇升高,因此每天不應進食多於一隻,尤其患有感冒、肝炎、高血壓和痛風人士更應避免食用。

【Be Aware Of Taboos With Crabs】
