【咖啡店飲品成份大分析】不少人不論上班前或放假都喜歡到咖啡店買杯飲品提神,或與朋友聊天聚舊,從而無意中攝取了不少脂肪、糖份和咖啡因。

以一杯12安士小白咖啡為例,因為加入鮮奶,每一杯含有 9 克脂肪和 13 克糖,增加了不必要的卡路里攝取。如果大家希望減少脂肪攝取,可以選擇以杏仁奶或脫脂奶代替鮮奶。另外,大家可能以為焙茶比抺茶味濃,所含的咖啡因也應該較多,但其實焙茶是經烘烤的茶葉和葉莖,咖啡因含量較抺茶低。

雖然以上飲品含有的咖啡因有助提神、加速新陳代謝及抑制食慾,但以一個健康成年人為例,每日咖啡因攝取量不應超過 300 毫克(即大約 3 杯小白咖啡份量),長期過量飲用有機會令血壓升高、出現依賴、頭痛、意志消沉的問題。

如果大家想減少咖啡因攝取,可逐步減少每星期飲咖啡次數,或以抺茶及早前介紹過的薑黃奶、馬黛茶代替,同樣具有提神功效。
