隨著大家越来越注重飲食細節,當中的鈉含量尤其受到關注,對對形形式式湯麵的湯底更是避之則吉。當大家很努力地避開湯底的同時,你又好奇實際又能避免多少鈉質的攝入嗎?


根據【香港人口健康調查報告書 2014/15】對香港人口進行鈉攝取量的研究當中顯示,香港人每天平均鈉攝取量高達8800毫克(男性 9800毫克;女性 7900毫克),比世界衞生組織建議的每天鈉攝取量不多於2000毫克高出86.3%。

降低食物中鹽和糖委員會制定了各項減鹽計劃,務求於2025年或之前達到人均每天的鈉攝取量相對減少30%,相等於由平均每天的8800毫克減至6200毫克。雖然距離世界衞生組織建議的鈉攝取量仍有相對大的空間,但此減幅亦為減低患上二型糖尿病、肥胖症及高血壓的病率及風險!

Noodle Soups Are So High In Sodium

As we are paying more and more attention to the element of our diet, the sodium content in it has received special attention, so avoiding noodle soup is often advised. In fact, have you ever been curious about the actual sodium contained in these noodle soup while we are trying hard to avoid?


According to the【Report of Population Health Survey 2014/15】, the average daily sodium intake of Hong Kong population is as high as 8800 mg (Men 9800mg; Women 7900mg), which is 86.3% higher than the recommended daily sodium intake of no more than 2000mg from WHO.


💡Friendly Reminder

The Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food has conducted numerous campaigns to achieve an achievement of 30% relative reduction daily sodium intake by 2025, which is equivalent to a reduction from the average daily sodium intake from 8800mg to 6200mg. Although there is still a lot of room to meet the recommendation by WHO, this reduction can possibly reduce a significant incidence and risks of type 2 diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure!
