The Consumer Council tested the nutritional value, safety and quality of 30 pre-packaged cans or bottled beers on the market, and put forward the following key points in the 570th issue of "Choice Magazine":

💡 The higher the alcohol concentration, the higher the caloric content

💡 Alcohol is a type 1 carcinogen, intake should be reduced

💡 Adults should not consume more than 15g alcohol per day = drinking 1 can of beer per day is putting risk of exceeding the recommended upper limit of the "The Chinese Dietary Guidelines"

💡 Always refer to the alcohol content and volume label before purchasing
