③ 再次加入適量的沸水足以蓋過所有材料後大火煮至沸騰

④ 轉小火繼續燉煮40分鐘

⑤ 隨個人口味加入適量蔥段、鹽和胡椒粉即可


【White Radish And Pork Ribs Soup】

Cooking procedure:

① Add ginger to pork ribs and cook in cold water until boiling

② Separate the pork ribs and drain the water, add chopped white radish

③ Add boiling water that enough to cover all the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat

④ Turn to low heat and continue simmering for 40 minutes

⑤ Add trace amount of green onions, salt and pepper according base on your personal taste
