當你腹痛、排便困難或感覺臃腫,自然的感覺可會是便秘,亦很自然覺得是時候需要增加纖維的攝取量,但這卻不是唯一的原因。


給自己3天的時間觀察,並可適當地減少可能有機會過量進食的食物類型,並在增加纖維攝取的同時改善用餐和生活習慣可會減輕便秘的情況。


💡便秘一般被定義為每週排便次數少於3次,糞便形態較堅硬、乾燥且份量較少; 若你的排便頻率減少或越感困難,持續數週甚至更長,則屬慢性便秘。

【Constipation Is Not Entirely Due To Insufficient Vegetable Intake】

When you appear to have abdominal pain, difficulty in defecating or feeling bloated, constipation may come into your head. This often makes you feel the need to increase fibre intake, however it’s not the only reason.


Allow yourself to observe for 3 days, avoid certain food types, while increasing fibre intake as well as adjusting living habits are believed to alleviate constipation.


💡Constipation is generally defined as having less than 3 bowel movements per week, with hard, dry stools and less weight. If your bowel movements decrease in frequency or become more difficult, lasting for several weeks or even longer, you may already suffering from chronic constipation.
