1.蟹類

4.魚類

化學污染物(二噁英)會影響魚類激素分泌。養殖的三文魚經注射䧳激素,其大小和重量,相較無激素的三文魚,體積可增加三倍或以上。


營養師提提您:由於激素屬脂溶性,因此進食動物類產品時,盡量選擇低脂防丶低膽固醇的部位,以減低吸收人造激素的機會。

1.Crab

2.Whole fat milk

3.Meat

Exogenous hormones are mainly derived from feed or vaccination. This practise can increase the body fat proportion and tenderness of meat.


4.Fish

Chemical pollutants (dioxin) can affect the hormones secretion. The size and weight for farmed salmon after hormone injection can be 3 times greater than sea-based salmon.
