【酸性食物真的比較不健康嗎?】- 營養生Negimen



近年有不少人聲稱「酸性食物」會促進身體癌細胞增生、破壞身體機能、對身體造成負荷等等説法。究竟甚麼是「酸性食物」呢?


酸䶨食品的劃分並不是依據食物味道,而是取決於食物在人體消化吸收後的代謝物。

如果代謝物中含鈣、鎂、鉀、鈉等,則是鹼性食物;;反之,硫、磷較多的話則為酸性食物。


常見的動物性食物如魚、肉、蛋;植物性食物如五穀雜糧、精緻澱粉(麵包、蛋糕)均是酸性的;而調味料(鹽、油、糖),咖啡、茶、冰淇淋、巧克力等,都是中性或者弱酸性食品。


營養師提提您:並不是所有「酸性食物」都是百害而無一益的,例如肉類和雞蛋含有豐富的優質蛋白質和不飽和脂肪。只要保持均衡飲食,酸䶨食物均可進食。

【Is acidic food really unhealthy? 】In recent years, many people have claimed "acidic food" promotes the proliferation of cancer cells, disturbs body mechanisms, and increases our body workload. So what exactly is "acidic food"?


The classification of food pH is not based on the taste, but depends on the metabolites after digestion and absorption in the human body. Alkaline food contains metabolites rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, etc., while acidic food consists of more sulfur and phosphorus.


Animal-based food such as fish, meat and eggs; plant-based foods such as whole grains and refined starches (bread, cakes) products are acidic in nature. Seasonings (salt, oil, sugar), coffee, tea, ice cream, chocolate, etc are either neutral or weakly acidic foods.
